These terms govern your use of FrontDesk (frontdesk.works) and the AI front-desk service we provide. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

FrontDesk provides an AI assistant that answers inquiries across chat, calls (via text-back), and Instagram DMs and books appointments on behalf of your business. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

Plans & billing

The standard plan is $750/month with no setup fee, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and is effective at the end of the current billing period. Our month-one guarantee is described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or in violation of telecom/messaging regulations applicable to your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, and policies you provide for your assistant.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." While the AI is designed to answer accurately and hand off sensitive matters to your team, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for your customer relationships and bookings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
