- Account & business data you provide when you book a demo or become a client (name, email, phone, business details, services, and pricing used to train your assistant).
- End-customer conversation data processed on behalf of our clients — messages, call/text content, and booking details needed to answer and schedule.
- Usage data such as pages visited and basic analytics, used to improve the service.
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and improve the FrontDesk service.
- To answer inquiries and book appointments for our clients.
- To communicate with you about your account and demos you request.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers (e.g., hosting, scheduling, and messaging infrastructure) as needed to operate the service, and where required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
